You won’t need to worry about posing – that’s all taken care of by the photographer! All you have to do is relax and enjoy the process.
The final result of your photoshoot always depends on your request and the references we create together. Your photos can be in a classic style, my signature style, or even black and white – the choice is yours!

Choose to have your pics photographed in your office, meeting space, or with a solid background. I provide detailed posing direction and masterful lighting with premium equipment to ensure your employees look their best. Each image receives high-quality, hand retouching. With on-the-spot photo selection, you’ll have your images in just a few days, ensuring a quick turnaround to meet your needs.

$190/PERSON
Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour session, in studio only or required minimum for on location.
10-19 PEOPLE
$170/PERSON
Approximately a 2 hour session, on-location or in-studio.
20-25 PEOPLE
$160/PERSON
Approximately a 3 hour session, on-location or in-studio.

To get started with your Corporate Headshots Session estimate, please email the following information to yanalipcan@gmail.com:
‣ Number of people (estimate if unsure), including the number of men and women.
‣ Preferred location (studio, office, or alternate).
‣ Intended use of the photos (e.g., company website, social media, internal communications, billboard, etc.).
‣ Background color is needed (the cost includes the use of my mobile photo in black, white, or gray, which allows for full-length and headshot photos).

What Are Your Payment Terms?
50% deposit due at the time of booking. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you. Your balance is due the day of your shoot. I do not accept checks.
Where Do You Photograph?
I travel to any location across America for an additional travel fee, and I also work in photo studios in Tampa, Florida, including both those with detailed interiors and those with simple backgrounds.
How Do You Deliver The Images?
Final retouched selections will be delivered to you via email. A link and instructions will be provided. The image files will be high-resolution JPG unless
requested otherwise.
Do You Offer Retouching?
Yes! Your team members will view their image on the spot and select which they'd like to have retouched. Every hand-retouched photo receives a fundamental
clean up which includes stray hair removal, blemish removal, and softening of facial lines if needed.
How Long Does It Take To See The Proofs?
My normal turnaround time is 5 to 10 business days after the session.
