Hello! This is your photographer, Yana Lipkan.

Our photo session is just around the corner! I want this to be an easy, joyful, and unforgettable experience, leaving you with beautiful memories and emotions.
To make everything as smooth as possible, I’ve prepared a checklist with answers to all the most common questions. I hope it helps you feel prepared and excited for our session!

How to get there?

My studio is located at 1906 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33607.

  • Parking: Free, right in front of the building.
  • Entrance: Look for the big mural of a girl on the wall.
  • Floor: Third floor (Unit 304).

Please plan to arrive a bit early to allow time to find the entrance and get to the third floor (5–10 minutes should be enough). The day before your session, I’ll send you a video with detailed directions and the building access code to the phone number you provided during registration.

What amenities are available at the studio?

  • Restrooms are located on every floor (please try to use them before or after your session).
  • There is a changing room.
  • The studio has air conditioning, a large mirror, hangers, and comfortable chairs.

We’ve thought of everything to make your experience as comfortable as possible!

How will the session go?

  • You’ll have time to check your hair and outfit in Room 1 (immediately by the entrance).
  • Room 2 has a full-length mirror for you to see your final look.
  • After that, we’ll move to the main studio (Studio 3) and start the session.

Please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid disrupting other sessions.

What if I’m late?

I understand that things happen! However, if you’re late, your session time will be shortened as the studio is reserved for the next client afterward.

If a delay occurs on my end (which I hope won’t happen), I’ll ensure you receive the full amount of time you paid for.

What should we wear?

Your outfits are entirely up to you! Here are a few suggestions:

  • Choose classic styles like blazers, button-down shirts, or simple dresses.
  • Stick to neutral colors (black, navy, gray, white) with a possible subtle accent (tie, scarf, or jewelry).
  • Avoid logos, busy patterns, or shiny materials. No prints!
  • Wear clean, polished shoes in neutral tones of footwear. Classic styles work best.

What should we bring?

Here’s a small checklist to help you prepare:

  • A hairbrush, wet wipes, and makeup.
  • Spare shoes if needed.
  • Lint roller for last-minute fixes.
  • Water bottle and snacks (if it's a long session).
  • Confidence and a smile!

What should we NOT bring?

  • Additional guests (friends, grandparents, etc.) unless approved beforehand.
  • Drinks without secure lids to avoid spills.
  • Pets (unless discussed prior to the session).

Please note that you’re responsible for any damage caused to the studio by you.

When will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a link to your gallery within 10 business days, where you can download the images in high resolution or a smaller size for social media.

If we take more photos than your package includes, I’ll send you a link to choose additional images for editing, or you’ll have the option to purchase all the originals. I’ll provide pricing and details for this after the session. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to order photo books, canvases, and other products later on.

How can I pay?

You can pay via:

  • Invoice (sent to your email).
  • Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
  • Please note: I do not accept checks.

What do you need to know about us?

If there’s something special I should know about you (e.g. specific needs), please let me know in advance. This will help me create the best possible experience for you.

How can I contact you?

My phone number is 813-900-8794.
